Walk With Me While I Remember You

Walk With Me While I Remember You invites you on an extraordinary walk with a series of local young people, who all share in their experiences of loss and bereavement. Moving through a path in a city park or large open space, we follow young people as they direct us through the inexorable web of love, grief and hope. Vast, subtle and gently unfolding, this new performance offers profound moments of meaning and glimpses of lives lived and lost.

Produced by Mammalian Diving Reflex and presented at Evergreen Brick Works in November 2022 as a work-in-progress, with development continuing in different locations throughout 2023. This is the second in a series of works by Craig exploring young people’s relationship to death and dying and a continuing exploration into the role of children in performance.

Please get in touch if you would like to support this project’s development or programme the work.
